How Pallet Flow Works will examine the gravity flow of pallets on skate wheels as they flow to a picking position. It is a beginner’s overview of what types of applications would benefit from Pallet Flow and some of the basics including in-line and stagger wheel applications.

This lesson takes a look at engineered systems where Pallet Flow may be included in a Pick Module with other gravity flow products.  You must complete the prerequisite How Pallet Flow Works before taking this lesson.

This lesson will take a look at all of the optional pallet flow products which are sometimes outsourced including various types of skate wheels and brakes to slow down product flow and different stops used at the pick aisle to help pallets stay in place.  This lesson requires the prerequisite of How Pallet Flow Works.
